I did a lot recently. I do not gebloggt for a few days and I must say that I appreciate the time. The problem with blogs and everything revolves around the use make completely hooked.
Yesterday I saw a forum and people complain, they work 10 hours or 12 hours a day, without results. Well, it’sa long process, and if you are looking for money from a blog, you have to him in the long term. This is a store like any other business, it takes time.
Apart from this, as it is recognized that the balance wrong?
There is something about blogging addiction, and I am sure it is even more serious if the money coming in starts
How would you recognize that something open?
You recognize yourself in these?
* You constantly check your e-mails, in fact, your door is always open
* Discover the statistics more than once a day, just to see how your blog / article
* 1 You write that “Last Post” (and other tweaks)
* You find what appears to be an interesting e-mail, and before you know it’s on 4 sites removed, after the link below link and time elapsed.
* You can read that e-mail and again, before flashing, you are on a sales area of writing with your credit card ready.
* Do you feel bombarded with information and you think you can lose focus. They are not what we thought you might get the hours, days or weeks.
There comes a point, if you need to consider limits for sound health, relationships and life.
Establishing a healthy Work-Life Balance (not too far in the other direction) might be something that you take time and check at any moment in the life of your blog, either the beginning or even (perhaps especially) if you were there at a time.
What can you do?
* Take the time in days for family / friends
* Please leave. I feel so much better than him in a few days off
* Take the year, even if only a walk around the block
* Some time, how long you will be and what time you go to bed
* Obtain Leisure
* Turn, if you read your emails, maybe two or 3 times a day and shut it down between the two.
* Plan your day and week. I find it helpful to write what I want, to this day / week. Sometimes it is more ambitious, but I find it easier not to exaggerate and end very little to achieve. A plan will help you focus, and it feels good, even more, which once
* For a day or if the card exactly what we do, and how long you on it. If you have just a piece of paper and write what you have a little time and you’re done, they are (or otherwise), you will see where your time, and maybe. Something that can help you more, stop time, and finally you some of your time for other things to see, as friends of the year.
What do you do for work-life balance? They do not? If yes, which?
